Above all the shadows on this are very impressive, you have a very good sense of where light and shadows should fall but there are some anatomy and composition problems.

While all the body parts are proportioned well her posture and limbs are very stiff, much more than a natural body should be. Smoothing out the lines and making them more rounded would make her look much more natural and realistic.

Also, the foreshortening on her arm is off, it's not shortened enough and it just looks like that part of her arm is too short.

A small note on the background: that railing behind her is a little overtly busy, it detracts from the figure herself who should be the main focus.
